Job Title: Senior Project/Program Manager – Insurance

Location: London (2 days/week Onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Senior Project/Program Managers with a strong background in general insurance/financial services to lead and manage high-impact programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mobilizing the program, engaging with CXO-level stakeholders, and ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead program mobilization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage internal and external candidates for key roles within the program.
  • Engage and influence CXO stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and decision-making.
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management within insurance or financial services.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and engaging with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred.
