The Role

The individual will work as part of a team in correlating and resourcing data, with reporting and analysing data to pull together MI data for the business.

The individual will work with the account owner to establish accurate demand and supplies for specific programmes, managing supply and demand.

Typical Duties:

• Identify, assess, and manage risks to the success of the project. Apply appropriate PM methods and tools, whether predictive (plan-driven) or adaptive (iterative/agile). Agree project approach with stakeholders, prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk, and communications plans), and track activities against the schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.
• Consolidate expertise from multiple sources, including third-party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives. Support and promote the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation.
• Able to perform intermediate project reporting & scheduling.
• Stakeholder engagement and analysis.
• Able to lead a small non-complex project or a work package of a larger project.
• Able to manage the full project lifecycle to ensure that customer/user needs are met and benefits are achieved over time.

What BAE Systems are looking for:

• Expected to provide technical support to team members.
• Extensive spreadsheet/Microsoft package knowledge, as projects are currently manually driven in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with resource management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of PM policies, processes, procedures, and systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

The Umbrella rate quoted above is the gross rate paid to the Umbrella Company, inclusive of all employment costs. The net rate paid by the Umbrella will be less, as will rates for Limited Deemed or Agency PAYE. Please contact us to discuss rates via these different payment options.
