Mint Selection | B Corp is seeking a Senior Project Planner to drive the delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. You will oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timelines and budgets are met while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in project planning for M&E projects, strong skills in schedule coordination, cost forecasting, risk analysis, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in project planning within M&E projects.
• Strong expertise in schedule coordination, cost forecasting, and earned value management.
• Solid understanding of SIMOPS, contractor schedule validation, and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor full project lifecycles, reporting progress to senior leadership and project managers.
• Coordinate schedules, costs, and resource models, including developing “what-if” scenarios to mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align timelines and validate contractor schedules.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances, ensure SIMOPS compliance, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support progress reporting, baseline schedule development, and risk management processes.
• Contribute to lessons learned documentation and project closeout activities.
