Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Planner to join our Energy & Natural Resources team in the UK. You will lead scheduling for diverse projects, with a focus on high‑value, complex programmes and a requirement to be onsite in Teesside 2–3 days per week.

You will manage multiple work packages, provide robust schedules, and drive effective decision‑making through accurate data and risk‑based insights while coordinating with client teams during a period of growth.

Qualifications

• Senior project controls experience across the project lifecycle.
• Strong planning and scheduling expertise with Primavera P6.
• Leadership, mentoring and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning for multiple projects or a large programme.
• Develop, update and maintain robust project schedules.
• Adhere to contract processes (NEC or FIDIC) for schedules.
• Produce status reports and KPI insights for management.
• Coordinate Integrated Project Controls standards across teams.
• Monitor critical path, float and progress against baseline.
• Support senior leadership with risk and change management.
