Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support and coordinate programme schedules for major clients in the Energy & Power sector. You will develop robust programmes aligned with project requirements and contribute to decision-making through monthly updates and progress reports.

You will identify critical path, manage risks, support change controls and collaborate with technical, commercial, and project teams to ensure accurate scheduling and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience using Primavera P6 or other scheduling/planning software.
• Ability to identify critical path, float and programme risks.
• Familiarity with change control processes and compensation event assessments.
• Structured, detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain logic-linked programmes in Primavera P6.
• Establish, update and track schedules in line with timelines.
• Identify critical path, float and programme risks.
• Support change control processes and compensation event assessments.
• Carry out programme integrity checks and resolve logic/constraint issues.
• Work with the commercial team on time-impact assessments.
• Support cost estimation and budget-planning activities.
• Gather and consolidate timely progress inputs from project teams.
• Maintain programme documentation, reports and change logs.
