What You’ll Be Doing

• Crafting and managing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with project teams to turn plans into action and ensure accuracy
• Tracking progress, analysing variances, and providing clear, insightful reporting
• Driving best practice planning and managing change control with a keen eye for risk
• Conducting critical path analyses and developing smart, proactive mitigation strategies
• Producing schedule narratives and playing a key role in monthly reporting

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in project planning within the infrastructure or life sciences sectors

Strong grasp of NEC contracts and the RIBA Plan of Work

A collaborative communicator who builds relationships and turns data into actionable insights

A degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field – or equivalent experience

Confident, proactive, and driven to find solutions
