Qualifications

  • Experience in Programme Controls Management or related fields.

  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera, MS Project, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends and root causes of deviations.
  • Lead project time, cost, and quality evaluations.
  • Cooperate with cost managers on market tested baselines.
  • Establish effective communication with clients and contractors.
  • Prepare formal and ad hoc reports focused on targets.
  • Manage costs with knowledge of procurement and estimating principles.
  • Lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors.
