Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Identify trends against project baseline and recommend actions.
  • Lead evaluation of project time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Guide general contractor in line with schedule progression.
  • Act as key contact for clients on delivery issues.
  • Prepare reports focused on time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Control costs using conceptual estimating and procurement principles.
  • Create financial dashboard in cost report.
  • Understand and lead change management process.
  • Coordinate planning sessions and vendor schedules.
