Job summary

Mint Selection | B Corp is seeking a Senior Project Planner to support delivery of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across the UK. The role focuses on planning from inception to completion, coordinating schedules, costs, and resources to keep programs on track.

You will apply Primavera P6, PowerBI, and earned value management to monitor progress, assess risks, and drive corrective actions, while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in project planning within M&E projects.
• Strong expertise in schedule coordination, cost forecasting, and earned value management.
• Solid understanding of SIMOPS, contractor schedule validation, and risk analysis.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and PowerBI.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor full project lifecycles, reporting progress to senior leadership and project managers.
• Coordinate schedules, costs, and resource models, including developing “what-if” scenarios to mitigate project risks.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align timelines and validate contractor schedules.
• Analyse schedule and cost variances, ensure SIMOPS compliance, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Support progress reporting, baseline schedule development, and risk management processes.
• Contribute to lessons learned documentation and project closeout activities.
