Job summary

MWH Treatment is seeking a Senior Planner to strengthen the planning team for our east Manchester projects and other NW projects. You will ensure project plans have achievable timescales and are accurately monitored and updated.

Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, you will assist teams to develop, monitor, progress and report on tender and contractual programmes, briefing operational and commercial members on critical activities and risks at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project planning and control.
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior planners.
• Strong understanding of tender and contractual programmes.
• Proficiency in monitoring progress and reporting against baselines.

Responsibilities

• Develop programmes from tender docs and ensure they are realistic.
• Maintain a baseline programme and measure progress against it.
• Lead development of Construction phase 4D Planning.
• Collaborate with commercial to monitor costs and risks.
• Attend progress and site meetings to gather and present progress.
• Prepare and distribute progress information and look-ahead programmes.
