Qualifications

• Significant experience in project planning/scheduling, ideally in pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project required.
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes.

BakerHicks are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Planner to support planning and scheduling activities across a portfolio of projects, including a major EPCM initiative. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering complex engineering projects within the life sciences sector.

As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for developing and managing robust project schedules, tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring alignment with project goals. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

• Ensure all programme requirements are managed in line with contractual obligations and internal procedures.
• Develop, produce, and manage multiple project schedules, capturing all updates and changes.
• Fully integrate with project teams and clients to deliver exceptional service and foster repeat business.
• Proactively identify and mitigate scheduling risks and delays.

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Significant experience in project planning/scheduling, ideally in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction processes.
• Experience working with engineering contractors and client representatives.
