Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production, development, and management of project schedules (Design, Pre-construction, Procurement, Offsite fabrication, Construction, and Commissioning).
• Assist project managers in developing accurate programme of works files.
• Generate Labour histograms, progress reports for team, management, clients, and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Identify issues in the planning process and assist in resolving them satisfactorily.
• Collaborate with multiple teams across different sectors.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Liaise with Directors, Management, and Project teams.
• Assist with company expansion plans.
• Identify workface stacking, delays, and prolongation; support related claims and demonstrations.

Candidate requirements:

• 5-7 years' experience in a planning Mechanical/Process Engineering role within the construction industry.
• Relevant qualifications in Primavera P6, Asta, and Microsoft Project.
• Self-motivated and organized individual.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation, scheduling, and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 suite of programs.
