Job Description

To effectively and efficiently undertake the daily planning duties, programme management, and administration of all planning aspects of the project to achieve the stated project and business objectives on one or multiple projects.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Advising and assisting Project Managers and Engineers in project control.
2. Leading planning, production control, programming, and progress reporting.
3. Implementing necessary procedures to find the most cost-effective way to deliver the project during planning.
4. Ensuring all contracts are planned according to the guidelines outlined within the Operating Framework.
5. Maintaining appropriate Asta Powerproject programmes.

Qualifications

HNC / Degree in Building Services, Construction Management, or a related field is desired, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of planning experience across various construction sectors.
