Job Description

To support the Strategic Director and People Directorate with:

1. Driving forward the aims and objectives of Attainment Scotland Funding (Scottish Equity Funding, Pupil Equity Funding, Children and Young People Care Experienced Funding)
2. Developing a culture and standard of high performance
3. Supporting the reporting, governance, and quality assurance of Strategic Equity Funding
4. Monitoring initiatives and thematic projects linked to Strategic Equity Funding
5. Providing support for individual Programme Plan Leads
6. Supporting and leading associated stakeholder activity and engagement
7. Monitoring the delivery of Strategic Equity Funding Programme Plans, with oversight of outcomes and prioritising resources to ensure effective delivery
8. Supporting managers in the Education service (including headteachers) with procurement related to the Strategic Equity Fund
