About Us
This role sits within Faculty Education Services (FES) in the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine (FoLSM). As part of the FES Project Team, the postholder will support the project management of the implementation and operationalisation of a new curriculum mapping software, while also contributing to a broader portfolio of projects delivered by the team. The role also supports the delivery of international partnership commitments and may therefore involve occasional international travel.
About the role
This role supports the delivery of a varied portfolio of strategic and operational education projects within the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, working closely with academic and professional services colleagues. Working closely with the FES Project Manager, it involves coordinating project activities across multiple workstreams, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication, and contributing to the development of project documentation, governance, and resource planning to enable successful implementation. You will act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including partner institutions and education providers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to the development and improvement of project documentation, governance processes, and resource planning to support the successful implementation.
This is a full time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed term contract for 12 months.
