Our client is a privately owned professional construction and cost management company that partners with some of Europe’s most successful blue-chip companies and has an outstanding track record for successful project delivery. They continue to benefit from a high level of repeat business with a valued client base.

Due to a growing portfolio of work, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager within the warehouse and distribution marketplace to maintain and further develop a key work stream with a leading international retail client.

Ideally, you will be MRICS qualified with an impressive career history gained with leading Project Management Consultancies or Construction Management Contractors, with sound experience in the Industrial / Distribution arena.

Interested candidates should possess excellent interpersonal skills, proven by a track record of working effectively with challenging people and situations. A strong desire to develop and succeed, based on a proactive and ‘can-do’ approach, is essential.

This client is looking for the successful candidate to start as soon as possible. The role offers a pathway from director to Associate Director level.
