- Extensive experience in either the development or oversight of construction stages for buildings, leisure centers, and schools
- Proven track record of working on UK infrastructure projects
- Significant project and/or program management experience post-qualification
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with project management techniques
- Proficient in administering construction contracts as a Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent, and/or Project Manager
- Strong understanding of legislation affecting building contracts
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Methodical approach to work and problem-solving
- Ability to absorb and assess complex information quickly
- Strong skills in problem-solving, negotiation, financial management, and numeracy
- Advanced proficiency in ICT, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage team members effectively
Membership in one of the following professional bodies is preferred or required:
- MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- MAPM (Member of the Association of Project Managers)
- MCIOB (Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders)
