We seek high-caliber Project Managers to support our key clients across the UK, with a focus on training, development, and career progression.

Your Purpose
  • Support our energy team on complex projects, identifying opportunities for value realization and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and develop client relationships and accounts.
  • Communicate construction industry knowledge and technical expertise effectively to clients and colleagues.
What You Can Bring
  • A recognized diploma or degree, or equivalent experience.
  • Background in mechanical & electrical engineering, with knowledge of the transmission and distribution industry preferred.
  • Experience with High & Low voltage and HVDC systems is advantageous. Experience with DNOs or TOs, EPCs, and Tier 1 contractors is desirable.
  • Professional membership (or working towards) of a recognized institution (MRICS, MAPM, etc.).
  • A positive, collaborative, and innovative approach, able to work independently.
  • Effective leadership in project management roles, with sound technical knowledge and experience across the project lifecycle.
  • Experience in building positive client relationships and leading multidisciplinary teams using recognized project management methodologies.
  • Contract administration experience (NEC3/4, FIDIC, etc.) and knowledge of procurement processes.
  • Strong client interface skills and knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, including safety and CDM compliance.
