Leading Transformation

Working as a Senior Project Manager, you'll be an important contributor within our UK Transformation Office, working across the business to plan, manage, and realize the benefits of key strategic and operational projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the portfolio of Baxi UK strategic and operational projects allocated to the Projects team.
• Provide professional project management skills to large-scale/complex operational or strategic projects within the UK or requested by Group.
• Manage the portfolio of projects handled by the Projects Team.
• Ensure proper management of allocated projects, including scoping, resource assessment, cost/benefit analysis, deliverables definition, quality, progress monitoring, and financial control within project boundaries and timelines.
• Provide analytical and problem-solving expertise where needed.
• Initiate strategic projects for UK business where potential opportunities are identified.
• Guide, support, and coach the Project Management team and support their development.
• Manage complex, multi-workstream projects and oversee quality control throughout the lifecycle.

What You Will Bring

• Demonstrable project experience in a similar multidisciplinary business.
• Proven track record of delivering transformation projects is desirable.
• Previous experience managing and developing virtual teams.
• Excellent budgeting, risk management, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in senior-level negotiation and dealing with conflict.
• Excellent communication skills—electronic, written, and verbal.
• Ability to influence teams and individuals at all levels and foster collaboration.
• Self-motivation and organizational skills to prioritize activities effectively.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
