The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will advise and influence Senior Leaders on how to deliver agreed transformation strategy. You will structure & deliver large and complex strategic Transformation Programmes & Projects. You will matrix manage other project managers to deliver multiple programme/project workstreams. You will also be responsible for the direction, implementation, executive control and completion for multi-year, multimillion £ programmes & projects across Oxfam GB and cross Confederation.

  • Experience of working with Senior Leadership to influence and shape delivery of agreed strategy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing delivery of large/complex transformational strategic change programmes/projects from inception through to business transition and completion.
  • Experience of business change for significant organisation transformation change.
  • Highly proficient in project management methodologies and tools including - Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities across the project team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and support cross-functional teams and partners.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to empower, motivate, support and mentor staff.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
