Job Title: Senior Project Manager – TfL Depot Project

Rate: £450 – £550 per day (DOE)

Overview:
We
are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a complex TfL depot project involving civils, electrical works, structural steel frame, and cladding for a new dry storage shed. This is a high-impact role requiring someone with a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects within the Transport for London (TfL) environment.

Key
Responsibilities:

* Manage the end-to-end delivery of the depot project in line with TfL standards and expectations

* Oversee civil engineering, electrical systems, steel frame construction, and cladding installation

* Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including TfL representatives, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

* Maintain full control of programme, cost, quality, and risk management

* Ensure compliance with TfL safety, health, and environmental regulations

* Lead project meetings, reporting, and resource planning across all phases

Requirements:

* Proven experience working on TfL infrastructure projects – essential

* Strong background in delivering complex multi-discipline construction schemes (civils, M&E, steelwork, cladding)

* Excellent leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills

* Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction, or project management

* SMSTS, CSCS, LU-ICI and ideally PTS
