Job summary

Bond Dickinson LLP is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our IT team on a full-time, permanent basis to deliver our Modern Workplace strategy. The role can be based in Newcastle or Bristol under a hybrid policy, with weekly or periodic office visits to either location.

The PMU role focuses on end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives across technology and broader business change, requiring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience delivering complex projects across technology and/or business change.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment with senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating within structured governance environments (PMO/PMU).
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at senior level.
• Experience delivering multi-stream projects involving IT and third-party suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of high-impact change initiatives across the business.
• Operate across technology-led and broader business change programmes, not limited to IT.
• Own delivery from initiation to closure with governance, risks, time, cost and quality.
• Engage senior stakeholders including Partners and manage multiple teams/suppliers.
• Collaborate with other Senior Project Managers to embed best practice across the PMU.
