Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholders at all organization levels, influencing and ensuring successful delivery of partner priorities.
- Act as the partner-facing lead for all content-related initiatives—across live/VOD operations, editorial alignment, metadata, playback, and content onboarding.
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of content-related features and initiatives within the global roadmap, involving significant investment.
- Serve as a bridge between partner operations and GSP teams, ensuring partners are informed, enabled, and equipped for success.
- Lead and chair governance meetings with senior, technical, product, and business stakeholders, communicating actions and key points effectively.
- Manage plans, including ramp-up planning for strategic content programs, and escalate risks to maintain delivery milestones.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders up to the executive level.
- Provide regular reports on content delivery health, operational milestones, and feature readiness.
- Facilitate decision-making and deliver high-quality presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure efficient development and delivery of program deliverables.
- Establish and maintain change control protocols and governance structures defining clear roles and responsibilities.
- Create supporting documents such as processes, RACI matrices, and user guides.
- Demonstrate willingness to go above and beyond to meet deadlines.
- Collect feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate multiple teams across geographies to ensure a best-in-class partner experience.
- Ensure quality throughout all interactions to foster strong relationships.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a technology, engineering, or media company leading content initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-country broadcasting and content distribution initiatives.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end content operations—live/VOD workflows, metadata, editorial, and playback.
- Strategic, pragmatic, and positive thinking about product, technical, and cross-functional challenges.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills across all organizational levels.
- Program management experience in delivering complex, multi-workstream programs.
- Excellent relationship management skills.
- Ability to maintain a strategic outlook while managing detailed issues.
- Structured approach to managing multiple deliverables with conflicting needs.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of tailoring messages to all organizational levels, including executives.
- Technical understanding of streaming and content systems.
- Experience with agile methodologies and execution skills.
- Ability to present complex subjects clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Self-starter capable of quickly contributing across technical areas.
- Leadership skills to influence cross-departmental teams and external vendors.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and decisive.
- Political acumen to influence and gain commitment from teams.
- Understanding of media technology systems and the global media landscape.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; background in technology or engineering preferred.
- Experience working with remote teams and international projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
Desired Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in B2B relationships.
- Master’s degree or higher.
- Agile Practitioner certification.
- Experience with digital/OTT platforms, international expansion, or migrations.
