This on-site, full-time role offers a salary of up to £63,000 per annum plus bonus, a comprehensive benefits package, and the chance to drive strategic initiatives across Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality.

Qualifications

• PM qualification (APM/PRINCE2) or equivalent.
• Experience leading complex engineering projects in manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Understanding of engineering change and product lifecycle management.

About The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager – Sustaining to lead a portfolio of complex engineering projects focused on product lifecycle management, obsolescence, cost reduction and continuous improvement.

Location: Clevedon, North Somerset

Salary: Up to £63,000 per annum + Bonus

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple engineering projects and programmes.

About You

You'll have:

• Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2 or similar).
• Experience leading complex engineering projects within manufacturing.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• A good understanding of engineering change, product lifecycle management and continuous improvement.

Desirable

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Lean or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience within high-tech or advanced manufacturing.

Location

This is an on-site role based in Clevedon, North Somerset, with occasional international travel.
