Job summary

Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust's EMEC unit seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects and major contracts from inception to completion. You will manage programme scope, resources and budgets while maintaining strong client relationships and guiding tender activity.

You will oversee a high-performing Project Management team, drive improvements in delivery, and contribute to strategy and business planning within EMEC and its ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex projects and multiple workstreams.
• Strong track record delivering to programme, budget and quality requirements.
• Strong commercial awareness: budgets, forecasting, cost control and profitability.
• Experience of contract review and management (including NEC).
• Experience of leading multidisciplinary teams and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead concurrent projects and major contracts from inception to completion.
• Manage programme scope, resources, budget, risk and contractual requirements.
• Maintain forecasts for resources, revenue, costs and final margin.
• Oversee changes, variations and value in line with contracts.
• Lead and develop EMEC's Project Management team and promote best practice.
• Build key client relationships and identify repeat opportunities.
