Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience managing or overseeing large, complex programmes.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and executive-level leadership.
Strong delivery governance, reporting and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of high-priority programmes and projects within scope, timelines and budget.
Develop integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies and resources.
Establish project governance and ensure adherence to standards and controls.
Identify risks, issues and dependencies; provide visibility and actions to senior management.
Coordinate across Business, Technology, Enablement and Control functions to align delivery.
Prepare concise updates for senior management and governance forums.
Review business cases and delivery approaches; challenge where required.
Resolve issues with Programme Managers, Delivery Teams and stakeholders to drive execution.
