Senior Project Manager (SPM) – Commercial / Cut & Curve Projects

Location: London
Salary: £65,000 – £75,000

Overview:
We’re hiring a Senior Project Manager who can confidently lead end-to-end delivery of commercial and bespoke “Cut & Curve” schemes. The right person will take ownership of key accounts and work directly with clients, consultants, and directors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple commercial or mixed-use schemes simultaneously

• Manage client relationships and consultant teams with minimal oversight

• Oversee project programming, risk management, procurement, and delivery

• Represent Constructive as the project lead in meetings and negotiations

• Support and mentor junior team members

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ consultancy-side project management experience

• Strong JCT knowledge (including insurance, EOT, provisions, variations)

• Proven ability to manage high-pressure projects and stakeholders

• Strong soft skills – must be a confident communicator and networker

• Existing relationships with contractors, architects, or MEP consultants a plus
