Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager experienced in Software Delivery to join a high-performing Programme Management Office in Milton Keynes. You will work on a programme to expand business offerings and improve the operating model, with a focus on real-time data streaming, automation, and integrations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of complex software projects from concept to go-live.
• Leading delivery across specialist product squads.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and updating stakeholders.
• Overseeing platforms powered by real-time data and APIs.
• Engaging with programmes involving data platforms and automation technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in delivering complex software solutions.
• Experience in SAFe environments.
• Background in high-volume, data-centric delivery with a focus on quality and innovation.
• Strong communication skills for engaging stakeholders and leading teams.
• Ability to navigate complexity and prioritize demands.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Agile tools, and reporting.

Location: Milton Keynes HQ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Salary: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum
