Rate: £650/day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 3 month rolling contract (likely to last 12 months)
Systems Experience Required: Synergy & Liquidlogic
We’re working with a North London based local authority to appoint an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a case management system for their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) service.
This is a critical transformation role within the organisation, focusing on the successful identification, cleansing and migration of data from multiple sources - including the existing Synergy system - into Liquidlogic.
To succeed, you’ll need to bring both technical know-how and strategic oversight, with experience of delivering complex transformation programmes in local government.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a new case management capability for the SEND service.
- Manage the data migration from a fragmented set of sources (including Synergy) into Liquidlogic.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business services and digital teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage supplier relationships and hold vendors to account for delivery.
- Work flexibly within a changing programme scope and evolving priorities.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing complex digital and data transformation projects within SEND or social care services.
- Hands on experience with Synergy and Liquidlogic systems is essential.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills - you’ll need to build trust and cooperation across services.
- A curious, proactive mindset - unafraid to ask tough questions and challenge assumptions.
- Comfortable in ambiguity - focused on delivering outcomes, not just ticking boxes.
- Skilled in matrix management and resource allocation across business and IT functions.
- Transparent, collaborative, and accountable approach to large, multi-workstream projects.
- A strong sense of authenticity and enthusiasm - bringing your full self to the role.
