The post holder will be responsible for independently managing complex projects and programmes, while also providing leadership and oversight to others. This includes both internal and system-wide initiatives, ensuring alignment with Trust strategy, values, and governance processes.
The post holder will report to the Head of Change and Transformation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead priority, large-scale programmes on behalf of organisational directorates, with a strong emphasis on governance, structure, and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Support directorates in identifying and prioritising projects, reviewing business processes, and implementing change.
• Assist operational and corporate teams with procurement and evaluation of systems and business processes.
• Manage full project lifecycles from initiation through to successful implementation and handover to operational teams.
• Ensure benefits are clearly identified, tracked, and realised at the appropriate time.
• Adhere to the Change Function’s methodology and follow the established gateway governance framework.
