Project Manager – Industrial Roofing & Cladding

Immediate Start!

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the ongoing delivery of a large-scale industrial roofing and cladding package on a major recycling plant. The project is already underway, and we need someone who can step in quickly and keep things moving with structure, pace, and control.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of the project delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

* Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders

* Maintain clear reporting, scheduling, and progress tracking using MS Project or similar tools

* Identify and resolve issues quickly to avoid delays or cost overruns

Requirements:

* Proven track record managing industrial construction projects

* Highly organised, proactive, and able to work under pressure

* Valid and in-date: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness

* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent)

* Comfortable using IT tools; MS Project experience

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership and drive progress on a live site.
