We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in retail displays, joinery, and installations to lead exciting projects from proposal to onsite delivery.

Join a small, skilled team at a fast-paced creative production company in Essex. You'll manage client-facing projects, collaborate with internal and external teams, and ensure everything runs smoothly from workshop to site install.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage full project lifecycle: proposals, planning, production, and installs
• Coordinate install logistics, scheduling, and resource planning
• Liaise with production teams, subcontractors, and clients
• Oversee calendars for install teams and workshop priorities
• Lead meetings, report on progress, and inspire collaboration

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in project management (retail or creative production ideal)
• Strong understanding of joinery or event/stand builds
• Confident communicator across all business levels
• Excellent scheduling, budgeting, and team coordination skills
• Willing to travel and occasionally work overnight for installations
• Health & Safety awareness a bonus
• German skills? Great! But not a dealbreaker
