This role involves leading residential projects from inception to completion, managing budgets and stakeholder relationships, and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills. The salary is up to £75k depending on experience with opportunities for progression.
An established and growing Project Management consultancy, operating at the forefront of the built environment is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their London based team. This is an opportunity to become part of a forward thinking, Director lead firm, delivering high quality residential developments across the capital and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end to end delivery of complex residential projects from inception through to completion Manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients, contractorsand design teams Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, risk registers and procurement strategies Ensure governance, quality assurance and compliance with industry standards Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative working environment Contribute to business development activities and ongoing strategic growth of the practice
Candidate Requirements:
Chartered status (MRICS) is highly desirable, though strong experienced candidates working towards accreditation will also be considered – Building Surveying or Project Management pathways are desired. Proven experience delivering residential projects within a consultancy or client side environment Strong commercial awareness with a track record of managing budgets, programmes and stakeholder expectations Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in leading client meetings Able to work autonomously while contributing to a wider collaborative team culture A detailed understanding of UK construction methodology and project lifecycle, particularly in residential sectors
