Job Description:

Our client is a Regional Developer, focused on delivering quality Residential schemes. They have a growing pipeline of work across London and the home counties, including RC frame and some Traditional new builds. Your first project will be a prestigious mixed-use development in Islington, circa £25M, also supporting a smaller fit-out.

You will be a Senior Project Manager leading the site, managing this project and overseeing others while liaising with the office team, supported by a Contracts Manager. The business is in a period of long-term targeted growth, making it a good time to get onboard.

Duties include:

• Ensuring that the works are constructed in accordance with the client and company’s requirements.
• Creating and working to the programme of work.
• Maintaining and updating project reporting and program/plan.
• Arranging and coordinating internal progress meetings.
• Liaising with the office team on commercial and design issues regularly throughout the contract.
• Supporting cost analysis/control activities for projects.
• Leading internal progress meetings.
• Liaising with office and sub-contractors regarding any variations and delays.
• Producing correspondence in conjunction with the commercial team and maintaining a filing system.
• Monitoring and reviewing quality assurance, supporting snagging as required.
• Producing RAMs for the site, implementing Health & Safety Procedures including safety inspections and ensuring regulations are met.

You will have:

• Relevant experience in the London residential market, New Build, RC Frame & Cut & Carve.
• The ability to create a program and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ideally, a degree qualification or equivalent, with SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
