The City Council is looking for an enthusiastic & dynamic Senior Project Manager, to lead on the Council’s Social Housing Regulation approach.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our Strategic Housing team at Manchester City Council. In this role you will take a lead role working with the Regulator of Social Housing and Housing Ombudsman, working closely with the Council’s in house team (Housing Services) and its contractors (3 PFI funded contracts and 2 Tenant Management Organisations TMOs) and other key stakeholders to ensure that we jointly deliver our core functions in accordance with regulation. Following new legislation including the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023 and Awaab’s Law you will work to provide assurance that the Council is compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements ensuring that we have a positive impact on the lives of our tenants and residents.
