Job Description

This organisation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a critical initiative governed by the NEC4 contract framework. The project has seen considerable expansion, which presents both challenges and opportunities that necessitate a proactive and adaptable approach. The successful candidate will navigate a complex array of stakeholders, including contractors, the supply chain, and regulatory bodies such as Ofwat and Southern Water. An in-depth understanding of commercial and contractual principles will be vital for ensuring effective management of the contract.

The focus of this role is on managing extensive pipeline infrastructure, with a projected value of approximately £200 million, alongside various environmental mitigation projects. The Senior Project Manager will supervise the design of twin tunnels and will closely coordinate with contractors for tunneling operations. Additionally, this role includes managing an external contractor responsible for constructing nine kilometers of pipeline to link the reservoir to the broader network.

Key Responsibilities
