Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Real Estate team in Glasgow. You will lead and oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion.

1. Lead end-to-end management for large-scale construction projects, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to meet project objectives.
4. Implement and oversee project governance, processes, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
6. Monitor finances and manage change control processes.
7. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders via meetings and reports.
8. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
10. Mentor and guide junior project managers to support their professional growth.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
2. Experience managing large-scale construction projects.
3. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
4. Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
5. Strong knowledge of construction processes and industry best practices.
6. Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project and Primavera.
7. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
8. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and teams.
9. Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
10. Experience in a consultancy environment is preferred.
11. Knowledge of sustainable practices and LEED certification is a plus.
