Job Description

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle for data collection—from initiation to completion. This includes managing project budgets, communicating progress to clients, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with Profiles and Health standards. The role involves coordinating daily activities, resolving issues, and reporting to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Review project documentation with the manager to identify potential issues that could impact timely and budget-friendly completion. Provide recommendations and coordinate with client services for revisions if necessary.
  • Manage internal project kick-off meetings with sales, panel, and programming teams to review materials, finalize requirements, and establish timelines. Work directly with clients to review and adjust project materials and schedules as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project status during data collection, using email or phone, and advise the panel team to optimize sampling in the field.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, panelist incentive payments, and accurate financial reporting for billing and invoicing. Deliver final invoices to clients.
Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree in Market Research, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing Research, preferably in Healthcare data collection
  • Proficiency with Decipher or similar platforms, Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail
