This is a fantastic opportunity to manage some key IT projects for this organisation and establish the Project Management Office PMO. It's an opportunity to put your experience in to practice developing PMO frameworks, methodologies and best practice.

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while enabling organisational readiness and sustained value creation.
Key Responsibilities
The role requires a proven track record of setting up governance structures, defining project management standards, and creating processes for project prioritisation, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. Additionally, you should be adept at fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring alignment between project outcomes and business objectives.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
£55,000 plus Bonus
