Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Pipelines
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: 75,000 - 90,000 + benefits

About the Role:
Our client is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to lead the Havant Thicket Reservoir project. You'll manage the full project lifecycle-from design to commissioning-ensuring compliance with planning, licences, and regulations, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships. A key focus is health, safety, and environmental performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead coordination meetings with stakeholders and monitor work schedules.
• Produce monthly reports and governance documents.
• Manage direct reports, procurement, and performance of contract packages.
• Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery and smooth operational handover.
• Ensure development aligns with all project and Portsmouth Water standards and policies.

About You:

• Civil Engineering degree and 10+ years' experience in construction and design management.
• Proven track record leading major infrastructure projects, ideally in the water sector.
• NEC contract management experience essential (Option C preferred).
• Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
• Full driving licence required (driving assessment will apply).
