The Senior Project Manager - Operational Technology (OT) oversees projects related to industrial control systems and automation within an organization.

As Senior Project Manager - OT, you will lead the delivery of change programs from initiation to service transition, managing project resources and stakeholder relationships.

You will also support the Programme Manager in delivering the overall portfolio, including scoping, defining, and managing resources.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Project Planning and Initiation: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
2. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, including technical teams, management, and vendors.
3. Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with industry standards.
4. Project Execution: Oversee OT project execution, ensuring timely, within scope and budget completion. Coordinate with technical teams.
5. Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress, provide status updates, and report milestones, issues, and risks.
6. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, providing technical guidance and supervision.
7. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring alignment with project goals.
8. Security Integration: Incorporate security-by-design principles into OT solutions, ensuring security considerations are integrated from the start.

Skills and experience needed:

• Education: Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Certifications: PMP, CISSP, or relevant certifications.
• Experience: Proven project management experience, especially in OT or industrial control systems. Familiarity with OT tools and practices.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
