The Shore Group has been engaged on behalf of a Fit Out Main Contractor specializing in Commercial Fit Out projects, including both CAT A and CAT B, with a focus on cut and carve office projects.

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing and delivering prestigious projects within London.

This role is suitable for those currently working as Project Managers who wish to increase their autonomy and project portfolio value.

Ideal candidates will match the following criteria:

• Experience working for a Main Contractor, leading cut and carve office fit out projects
• Project experience valued between £7 Million - £40 Million
• Currently managing projects with a minimum turnover of £20 Million, ideally £40 Million+
• Ability to develop and write project programmes
• Experience involvement in the tender process
