The Shore Group has been assigned on behalf of a Fit Out Main Contractor specializing in Commercial Fit Out projects (both CAT A and CAT B), focusing on cut and carve office projects.

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager responsible for overseeing and delivering prestigious projects within London.

This position is suitable for those currently working at the Project Manager level seeking greater autonomy and project portfolio growth.

Ideal candidates will match the following criteria:

• Currently employed by a Main Contractor with experience leading cut and carve office fit-out projects
• Project value experience between £7 Million - £40 Million
• Responsible for a minimum of £20 Million turnover, ideally £40 Million+
• Ability to write a project programme
