Job summary

Turner & Townsend in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Occupier Fit Out team, specialising in financial services. You will lead and deliver high-quality projects from inception to completion, managing scope, budget and schedule while building strong client relationships.

You will establish governance, drive reporting, and coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure successful outcomes and growth opportunities for the business.

Qualifications

• A degree in a construction/property related discipline.
• A professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture.
• Experience in delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably in a consultancy environment.
• Experience in managing projects for financial services clients.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to adapt and deliver under pressure.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Define the project scope, objectives, success criteria, and deliverables in consultation with the client and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project governance, processes and systems, ensuring quality, safety, health and environment standards.
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, monitor progress, performance and risks.
• Manage budget and resources, invoicing and reporting.
• Communicate and coordinate with project team, client and consultants throughout the lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports with achievements, issues and recommendations.
• Lead resolution of problems or conflicts during the project.
• Ensure delivery meets client expectations and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and assist in bid proposals.
• Share best practices and contribute to improvements of services.
