  • Lead contractor procurement and negotiate contracts
  • Manage external consultants (PM, QS, EA, M&E) and on-site teams
  • Ensure compliance with CDM, EHS, and other building regulations
  • Monitor project performance, provide regular updates, and manage risk
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to align outcomes with wider business goals
  • Ensure all work reflects the brand’s design ethos and quality standards

Success Will Be Measured By:

  • On-time, on-budget project delivery
  • High-quality finishes with minimal post-completion defects
  • Positive stakeholder and member feedback

  • Excellent stakeholder and consultant management
  • Familiarity with technical drawings and M&E reports
  • Working knowledge of CDM, EHS, and UK building regs
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

Desirable:

  • 7+ years in project management (office fit-out/construction)
  • Construction/Project Management qualification or equivalent
  • Experience with projects across the UK and EU
  • Understanding of fire safety and compliance standards

  • Passion for workplace design and future ways of working
  • Entrepreneurial approach: solution-oriented, resourceful, and proactive
