Job summary

Assystem UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Decommissioning Team in Warrington on a permanent or contract basis. The role focuses on leading complex nuclear projects with strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will manage a large project management team, apply robust PM processes, and drive multidisciplinary collaboration across functions to ensure successful delivery within high-stakes environments.

Qualifications

• Nuclear experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years in leadership roles on complex projects.
• Must have prior PM experience.
• Able to manage complex, multidisciplinary or high-value projects.
• Responsible for all project management competence elements of a complex project.
• General management role as manager of a large PM team.
• Uses adequate project management processes, methods, techniques, and tools.
