Job Description

Role Overview:

• Manage first-time-right NPI (New Product Introduction) projects concerning costs, schedule, and quality.
• Oversee design transfers and manufacturing transfers for EC product industrialization activities related to factory & Contract Manufacture.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across supply chain, business units, and program management.
• Manage risks associated with product industrialization.
• Ensure early involvement in design processes.
• Optimize supply chain for NPIs and ensure supply assurance (AOS) to customers.
• Lead design transfer processes (e.g., APQP, Process Validation) and drive process improvements.
• Build and maintain a diverse, inclusive, and engaged team.
