Senior Project Manager - New QEH The Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust

The Senior Project Manager for the New QEH will assist the Design and Construction Lead in managing and developing the project to meet its program goals. The role involves engaging with stakeholders across the Trust's clinical networks and corporate services, overseeing key projects within the Trust's change programs related to the New QEH Project. Responsibilities include producing and managing formal documentation, coordinating and managing complex projects within budget and schedule, and spanning multiple clinical networks.

Key duties include:

  1. Providing comprehensive project reports on status, risks, issues, and progress to stakeholders.
  2. Championing project management best practices aligned with national standards.
  3. Leading meetings with project teams, stakeholders, and boards for effective communication.
  4. Serving as a liaison with external partners for seamless project delivery.
  5. Employing negotiation and conflict resolution skills to address issues.
  6. Updating managers on project progress.
