The project

This project involves delivering a substantial number of new prisoner places at a prison in Newmarket, including construction of new buildings and refurbishment of existing facilities.

Role Responsibilities

This role provides end-to-end project management across the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery within time, cost, technical performance, and quality parameters. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with project team members and stakeholders
• Developing project plans and identifying specialist requirements
• Leading a professional team to drive project strategy
• Managing project governance and assurance tools
• Building strong relationships with clients and supply chain members
• On-site attendance at least 3 days a week

Additional Requirements

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent
