This role requires working in the office 2 days a week, with core hours from 10am to 4pm.

They are an independent market research agency delivering engaging and actionable insights to major technology brands.

This position is project management-focused with a strong emphasis on data. Candidates should be degree-educated with an interest and experience in data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Uploading surveys accurately according to specifications
• Managing projects through fieldwork, coordinating with project suppliers, and ensuring project specifications are met
• Overseeing non-standard research projects, including client-sample and benchmarking projects
• Line management responsibilities
• Proposal costings and solutions
• Managing team resources and supporting recruitment
• Implementing quality control measures to ensure robust data collection
• Creating accurate project reports according to specifications

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in operations within market research or insights
• B2B quantitative market research experience
• Proficiency with data processing, tabulation, or scripting software
• Strong numeracy skills and competency with quantitative data
